All content on this site, including text, images, embroidery designs, illustrations, and photographs, is the intellectual property of Alix Carman unless otherwise stated. Please don't use my work without asking first; I'm generally pretty friendly about it.

Shop & purchases

Physical products

All physical items (original embroidery, prints) are handmade or produced with care. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen.

Digital products

Digital products are available for immediate download after purchase. Due to the nature of digital files, I do not offer refunds on digital downloads once they have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please get in touch and I'll sort it out.

Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. I reserve the right to change prices at any time.

Shipping & delivery

Physical orders are shipped from Dublin, Ireland. Shipping times and costs are displayed at checkout. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside my control.

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of the expected delivery date and I will do my best to resolve it.

Returns & refunds

If you are unhappy with a physical product, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital downloads are non-refundable once accessed, as described above.

This website is provided "as is." I make no guarantees that the site will be available at all times or free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or its content.
