Return Policy

I take great care in creating and packing every order by hand, and I want you to be genuinely happy with what you receive.

Because each piece is made and shipped from a small studio, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection once an order has been placed.

However, if something is wrong with your order, I will always put it right as quickly as possible.

If there is an issue with your order

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item if any of the following apply:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • You receive the wrong item

  • Your order is incomplete

  • There is a clear product fault

Email me at alixcarman@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. This helps me resolve things quickly and fairly.

What happens next

Once I review your case, I will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item sent at no extra cost

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

I aim to resolve all issues as quickly as I can, usually within a few working days.

Please note

As a small independent business, I am not able to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Preference after receiving the item

  • Items that have been altered after receipt

  • Incorrect selections made at checkout

Legal rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under EU or Irish consumer law. Where required by law, I will comply fully with applicable distance selling and consumer protection regulations.
