Hello, Seattle

After a long, 3 month wait, Killian came to visit me in Washington!

Our first little excursion was in downtown Spokane.

Sadly, Goat Nose wasn't working! Luckily, we ended the night on a good note with dinner at Olive Garden with the one and only Tonya for a good catch up (and introduction)!

Next up was Halloween! We celebrated by watching Hocus Pocus, going to Scarywood, and visiting my friend Courtney for her birthday.

Our shoes got pretty dirty in the haunted houses.

With Spokane and Idaho down, we had to do at least one Cheney thing. So we went to the Homecoming football game!

But no visit to Washington is complete without a trip to Seattle. So next on our list was the cross-state trip to the big city, with the help of Asiya and Jessie!

Our first day was spent exploring Pike Place, shopping, and meeting up with my family.

On the second day, we explored the Space needle and the area around it. We checked out the EMP and the Pacific Science Center.

Then, we hiked up to Kerry Park while the sun was setting. Since Molly Moon's is so close, we had to stop by for ice creams! Screw dinner, it's all about the dessert.

When we finally finished our monster cones, we went back into town to go up the Space Needle.

We finished the trip off with a midnight trip to THE best sushi I've ever had in my life.

We rented a car, drove back home, and spent our last couple of days together vegging out and just enjoying each others' company. It was pretty darn nice.
